As a sports specialist sales associate at Scheels All Sports, my duties included:

• Becoming knowledgeable on all products relating to sports, camping, and exercise
• Answer any questions/concerns that a customer may have relating to a product

Scheels All Sports is a private, employee owned company that allows their employees to view any and all sales commissioned by themselves and their coworkers. In the first month as a trained sales associate at Scheels All Sports, I sold nearly $50,000 in product sales. This was first among all other part-time workers in my department and sixth when adding the full-time associates which, in total, comes out to about 30 associates. In addition, I was awarded with employee of month for my success in sales and how I carried myself in the work environment.

As a visa specialist at Scheels All Sports, my duties included:

• Process credit card applications
• Stay in contact with the bank via email and phone calls
• Audit credit card logs for the current and previous day
• Independently able to answer all questions related to the credit card
• Stock promotional items
• Place and organize promotional marketing materials throughout the store
• Clean, fix, load, and unload credit card printers

As a visa specialist, I was able to efficiently facilitate up to 5 customer applications at once while still keeping a personal touch with each applicant.

As a customer service representative at Scheels All Sports, my duties included:

• Promoting superior experiences by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and resolving problems swiftly.
• Assisting with any transaction related problems
• Processing returns
• Answering customer calls

As a customer service representative, I was frequently asked by the Store Leaders to manage closing of the first floor and assist in any cashier or customer related questions/concerns.

As a cashier at Scheels All Sports, my duties included:

• Facilitating cash, credit, and check transactions
• Resolving customer questions and concerns with overt customer service
• Assisting in extra duties as assigned
• Balancing cash drawer at the beginning or end of work day
