• Participated in an oil refinery turnaround making stress cones, pulling cable, Installing various electrical equipment, and wiring up large control panels per wiring diagrams.
• Installed large conduit, cable tray, pulled and wired lighting at a brand new natural gas power plant.
• Installed cable tray, grounding/bonding, and various conveyer related work at a new Walmart fulfillment center.

• Installed EMT, Rigid, and PVC underground conduits.
• Retrofit lighting from fluorescent to L.E.D. and Re-worked the wiring/added low voltage cabling, occupancy sensors, and smart switches for them to reduce wasted energy.
• Pulled wire according to plans and code requirements.
• Terminated wiring and connected circuits with correct techniques.
• Installed 480 volt heaters
• Installed receptacles, switches, and electrical panels.

Work was performed in industrial, commercial, retail, residential, bank, and hospital settings.

• Accepted deliveries and organized material so that journeymen would easily find what they were looking for.
• Set up work spaces for journeymen to provide a more seamless transition for the task at hand, and minimize downtime.
• Pulled and installed DAS cell phone antenna booster systems in many downtown Chicago high rise office buildings.
• Pulled low voltage cabling which i would later use to install data jacks.
• Worked in several data centers pulling and installing fiber optic and data cabling.

• Communicated with customers, truck dispatchers, and rail personnel in order to efficiently and seamlessly deliver shipments in a timely fashion
• Coordinate and set up delivery appointments between consignee and trucker per each consignee’s specific terms

• Trace shipments daily to ensure accurate delivery times.

• Learned electrical construction via on-the-job training, including changing ballasts, replacing light poles, and general electrical maintenance.
• Assisted in the painting of a Speedway gas station while rebranding from Gas City to Speedway, resulting in the selection of Speedway’s all purpose maintenance contractors for Illinois and lower Wisconsin.
• Reviewed our monthly billings to ensure accuracy, and through due diligence prevented billing errors.

• Participated in Summer/Winter Re-lamping projects for six years at Depaul University, heading one of them.
• Aided in the organization and delivery of electrical supplies in the warehouse.
• Assisted the estimators on blue print take offs in the office.
