As a cashier, I completed daily recovery tasks to keep areas clean and neat for maximum productivity, collected payments, and provided accurate change, while also maintaining a current knowledge of store promotions to highlight sales to customers. As an H-E-B partner, I also learned how to resolve customer complaints professionally, in accordance with company policy, while maintaining respect and patience. While working there, I also had the privilege of training new team members in cash register operation, bagging procedures, and customer service. As well as helping the new hire ensure compliance with all safety regulations within the store environment.

Operated with equipment such as cameras and computers, and with machinery such as teleprompters and audio systems. Worked with cross-functional teams to achieve goals while managing time to ensure tasks were being completed on schedule and deadlines were met. Provided technical direction during live performances.
