Over the past nineteen years, I have gained invaluable experience in the education field, serving as a teacher, coach, mentor, leader, teammate, trainer, and school administrator. This journey has been deeply rewarding, yet I am now eager to leverage the skills, expertise, and insights I have cultivated to transition to a career here at Stryker in the Portage/ Kalamazoo area.

My decision to pursue this career path is rooted in my administrative and management roles, where I thrived in problem-solving, collaborating with diverse teams, leading initiatives, supervising operations, and nurturing emerging leaders. I am genuinely passionate about driving team engagement and aligning talent with strategic goals to foster a culture of excellence and shared achievement.
