Nicholas Martin

While working at All Phase Electric, I worked on several large, commercial projects with an emphasis on schools, hospitals and offices. In addition to new construction, I was also involved in several renovation projects. I have been involved in everything from running underground lighting and setting light poles to pulling wire and making up panels. I have experience installing cable trays and building racks at many job sites as well.

Classes at Erwin Technical College were 8 hours a day 5 days a week, which prevented me from getting a normal job as an electrician. Instead, I took a part-time job working at Lowe’s, bouncing between the electrical and plumbing departments. I assisted customers with their needs, pointing them to the correct materials and devices for their job.

I worked on commercial and residential electrical installations, with a focus on new construction, but with occasional service work as well. I worked on several projects ranging from restaurants to law offices.
