While at Eastman, I have worked in a few different departments all of which have been chemical manufacturing production type jobs, which include batch production, as far as mixing several products keeping up with the amount, weight, product number, and quantity to make a product. My current role which I started in July of 2020 is a continuous production process. Job duties include keeping up with running several plants from inside of a control room and out in the field. While out working in the field job duties include manipulating valves, monitoring equipment, oil level, and routine checks. I complete lock-out tag out on equipment for maintenance, as well as run a number of samples throughout the shift for production. The job duties for working in the control room include monitoring equipment, pump speed, vessel levels, temperature flows, and pressure. During my training for my current position, I completed the OAP program and received with Certificate of completion of apprenticeship for the occupation of industrial Manufacturing Technician through Northeast State. • Within my career at AT&T, I had a number of job duties, we are in collections one of the main goals we have is collect and negotiate for money owed on past due balance on customers accounts, I also have other responsibilities like making sure all other metrics are met every day to have a good month end, such as making sure I keep my transfers and talk time down to a minimal percentage
• While in the processes of negotiating for payments on accounts, I am also running a number of other systems in the background while taking care of any other issues the customer may have during the time of the call
• Over the past3½ years that I have been with the company, I have achieved a number of awards there( monthly stat bonus), one of the biggest accomplishments has been making the top10% of the centers performance each year and for2016 I was recognized as the Top10 employees for the company

• Within my career in Specialty Tires I have worked in the Shipping department loading tires on trucks for shipments with a forklift, pulling orders, keeping up with innovatory logging as they enter the warehouse as well as before they ship and pulling out and backing in trailers with a yard truck
• I have also worked in many departments within the company
• Those departments consist of, Green tire painter's job consisted of painting tires before entering the press to be formed into a tire
• Also had to keep up with new product codes to keep segregated because different compounds got painted with a different type of paint
• Final finish- this job consisted of trimming the final product and inspecting it from top to bottom making sure the product we are producing is meeting its standards and repairing any cosmetic defects before they enter the warehouse to be shipped
• Press operator which I was operating a number of presses throughout my shift making a daily production quota and operating a forklift
