• My main focus is to bring in new leases as well as handle resident retention
• At a mid-rise property with the highest pricing in our area, I have been able to maintain an occupancy rate of %95+ from February until the present time
• I also handle opening and closing tasks daily as well as social media posting and resident event planning.

As an Assistant Community Manager you're meant to be a "Swiss army knife" being able to utilize all your tools. I've been able to continue leasing at a high level, assisting with renewals, while also being able to maintain great delinquency and complete deposit accountings and other reporting in timely fashion. I've also had great success at generating income for the property!!
