my duties consist of of repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturers specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, air pneumatic, trouble shooting, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments, preventive maintenance, observe mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
rebuild gear boxes, turntables and coolant towers, working on extruders, blower motors, uria 411-711 pumps, gear boxes pm's troubleshooting PLS, also i work on or mils and feeders actuators.
dismantles devices to gain access to remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools.
rebuilding repairs or replaces defective parts, using hand tools and power tools service high pressure pumps.
rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, solenoids, forklifts and cranes.
repairing and maintaining crane replacing defective parts, cleaning equipment testing machinery, diagnose problems by operating the machines or inspecting the equipment with the help of computerized testing tools, calibration appliances, and micrometers.
perform tasks of repairing and lubricating cranes and hoists responsible for performing mechanical field services related works on cranes.
checking and troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems of cranes.
handles responsible of troubleshooting remote control systems and variable frequency drive
pretest before releasing responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment maintain all equipment to keep production moving.
troubleshooting & PLC troubleshooting wiring control panels and hooking up electrical harness encoders.
