I worked in landscaping and construction, handling everything from cutting lawns to building fences and laying floors. On the other side of things, I interned at BMO, where I picked up the basics of finance and how banks operate. I also studied abroad in Japan, where I learned the language, experienced the culture, and adapted to a completely new environment.

I'm the type of person who likes a challenge. I work hard to push past setbacks, whether in school, work, or life in general. That mindset helped me turn things around academically.
