  • LOGCAP III contract - $35.7 billion LOGCAP IV contract - $2.4 billion Cost Plus & Firm Fixed. Assisted in Business Case Analysis (BCA) on the costs and benefits of a LOGCAP III to LOGCAP IV transition issued by the U.S. Army Central Command (ARCENT). The BCA considered readiness, operational and cost factors in light of the proposed transition to provide life support services to the U.S Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.Revised and submitted over 3,000 Project Estimates (8+ Task Order Proposals), for new Construction & O&M Administrative Contracting Letters establishing additional funding requirements for both Iraq and Afghanistan.
  • Developed a Change Management process for the Middle East Theater of Operation which Kuwait.
  • Negotiated a "Global Settlement" -4.4 percent decrement in order to define 1,384 undefinitized Task Order 159 Administrative Change Letters (ACLs) valued at (-$376,283,309.82).
  • Negotiated a "Global Settlement" 0.12 percent decrement in order to definitize 599 undefinitized Task Order 151 ACLs valued at $38,794,066.19.
  • Prepared Task Order 151 and 159 global settlement estimates to correctly allocate a definite budget across all WBSs for each site in the cost report.
  • Military training facility, Phase 2, for 2000 recruits, firing ranges, security, compound construction, barracks, medical, water wells, purification, waste water facilities, utility & storm water infrastructure, command and control offices, recreational facilities, motor pool , roads, electrical power generation and distribution.
  • Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Central Djibouti BOSS contract - 75 million Firm-Fix Price bid for a five-year, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract, which provided engineering, design, construction, renovations, repairs, maintenance, demolition and other services at both Camp Lemonnier, and its associated Chabelley Airfield, Djibouti, Africa.
