This work experience involves long periods of high stress and balancing various tasks simultaneously, while having to perform stressful tasks at high speeds, like operating jet burner stoves and needing to memorize dozens of individual menu items and modifications, and quickly recall them.
I taught individual, small, and large group swim classes for children ranging from the ages of 3 to 13 years old. The majority of the lessons involved getting in the water, assisting kids one-on-one, and really challenging my communication and problem-solving skills. I was responsible for communicating with parents and needing to deliver constructive criticism at times, and discipline at others.

Performing well in this job, which often required keeping track of dozens of kids and how long they've been under the water, or who may be in an unsafe situation while surveying a large area, gave me really good experience working in a stressful environment where I had a heavy responsibility.
