  • TEG is a consulting firm based in Portland, Maine that has been working with Businesses globally for the past 20+ years offering and implementing stronger sales strategies, outreach methods and operational improvement. In recent years, TEG has enhanced its offering to partners not just by creating a proprietary sales platform, to supplement its consulting, but also an AI bot that allows clients to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Part of the efforts towards making the company offerings applicable to an expanded portfolio of business, including Non-profits, collegiate sports, NIL Collectives, and more.
  • Used personal knowledge and intuition, to effectively create a service line that can positively impact collegiate sports and collectives looking to expand their current book of donors.
  • Develop and maintain strategies for clients regarding the best methods for business expansion, sales opportunities and internal operation.
  • Oversee the success of onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for clients ranging from Digital Transformation, Tech, Start-ups, Grocery Store Chains and NIL Collectives.
  • Includes researching and deeply understanding a client and their industry work, meeting with those clients weekly, developing and implementing new strategies for their success, maintaining or updating their CRMs, and correctly onboarding them onto our technology platforms and other consulting practices.
  • Lead a team of three individuals within our success unit and internal operations unit in order to ensure quality was being upheld for the client and tasks were being managed on a day-to-day, and week-to-week basis.
  • Testimonials have increased by 400% and contracts renewed have improved to 85%.

  • As of January 2023 TEG has been working on an eventual off-shoot of the company, Selkie. Founded off the idea that data can and should be monetized for personal benefit, Selkie is looking to improve the relationship between consumers and brands, ushering in a new way for people to earn compensation for their data, brands to gain valuable insights on their top customers, and ultimately create an ethical traction between costumers and the companies looking for valuable data insights

Responsibilities:

  • Part of the founding team, working on initial research reports to ensure the validity of the companies goals, competitors, barriers of entry and more.
  • Determined a growth model for the company around the CCPA, growing data protections laws, and ascertaining that with 3rd-party Cookies being phased out, there was a market for how companies would replace those user insights.
  • Oversee an external tech team as the Project Management Lead, and point of contact for Selkie/TEG.
  • Point of contact and resource for our app development team, working on the SoW, initial Project.
  • Charter, SMART Goals, Project timeline, Documentation, QC standards, and Evaluation.
  • Engaged with or made introductions with potential board members, development groups, VCs, and brands in hopes of either securing funding or a brand partner for the eventual launch of the Selkie app.
  • Vetted numerous Development Companies in order to find that right partner to initial build out the app.
  • Additionally, was part of the team that secured a brand partner in which Selkie can integrate with, allowing for VCs and other brands to see the utility in the work Selkie aims to reach.
  • Developed comprehensive project documentation to ensure clear understanding of scope, objectives, and deliverables among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • ResLife has deep ties to providing a healthy, sustainable, and inclusive living environment to students at Wheaton College
  • Mentored and or supervised 20-350 sophomore, junior, and senior residents in community building and the quality of living.
  • 3 students in 3 years requested a recommendation, and introduction to the ResLife team in order to become RA’s the following semester.
  • Assisted students in handling tough situations to resolve problems.
  • Made regular rounds to ensure that residents and areas are safe and secure for students and staff alike. Includes writing reports on any safety measures or building repairs and incident reports.
  • Promoted strong social and living habits along with teaching life skills through various floor programs conducted.
