With that I have experience in designing, developing, and implementing training materials, manuals, safety procedures, and staff training programs. I’ve learned how to become a strategy leader with proven experience in building and leading cross-functional, multi-site, and multi-business teams. Through the years I possess strong diagnostic skills, problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and are a proficient risk evaluator. Additionally, I’m an accomplished Safety professional with regional experience in corporate, manufacturing, and start-ups. I am a self-motivated, proactive, and a team player. I’m also an OSHA trainer, Nccer trained operator, Nccer trained safety personnel, and a first aid CPR instructor. Furthermore, my experience working on several large-scale projects, including a $17 million transformer upgrade which included generators, water pumps, and solar farms from Hurricane Florence, a $6 million fire alarm upgrade from Hurricane Florence, and $50 million in water damage restoration repairs from Hurricane Ian and Hurricane Nick. During that time I assisted with investment recovery from Hurricane Ida and Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee Ice storms.As a candidate I demonstrate a clear appreciation of cost in both time and resources and has experience working under pressure and in hostile and difficult environments.
