• Receive and assess incoming emergency calls and dispatch the appropriate resources such as police, fire, or medical personnel to ensure a timely and appropriate response to an emergency call-for-service.
• Obtain crucial details from callers, including the nature of the emergency, location, and relevant information about individuals involved, to relay accurate information to responding emergency personnel.
• Serve as a vital link between officers and the public, relaying important information, instructions, and updates to both parties throughout the course of the incident.
• Monitor the status of and maintain communication with on-duty officers at all times.

• Manage and direct the movement of aircraft on military airfields and within controlled airspace to enure safe and efficient military air operations.
• Facilitate safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of both air and ground traffic to resolve potential conflicts in and around the air field, vicinity corridors, and checkpoints.
• Provide non-radar air traffic control services for multinational military and civilian fixed wing and rotary flights during, takeoff, flight, and landing under visual flight rules.
• Deconflict airspace for unmanned aerial systems operated by military and civilian teams.
