
Nicholas is an accounting student at Florida Atlantic University pursuing a B.B.A. with finance leadership experience in Student Government, supporting allocations for an $11.5M budget and managing a $350K+ budget impacting 30,000+ students. He is an advanced QuickBooks user with experience in multi-account expense tracking, budget compliance monitoring, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. He also brings policy, legal, and government experience through internships with the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) and the office of Palm Beach County Commissioner Maria Sachs.
Assist with phones, scanning documents, emails, preparing completed tax returns to be either mailed to or picked up by clients.
Assist with Monthly/Quarterly/Annual bookkeeping for multiple clients, including entering transactions into either Quickbooks desktop or Quickbooks Online, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, communicating with client for more information or clarification as needed.
Federal & state tax return preparation for both individuals and businesses, quarterly employment tax returns for both federal and state, year-end preparation of W2/W3 for multiple clients.
