As a retired Major from the Ohio Army National Guard, my leadership and motivational skills have been recognized with numerous awards, demonstrating exceptional results in educational and military capacities. I led Engineers in various settings, including in Iraq, South Korea, and Nicaragua. I taught classes and was lead instructor at the Regional Training Institute, so I have experience teaching adult level classes as well as High School.
