  • Working directly with buyers and sellers to facilitate the weekly auto auction sale, whereby utilizing and upholding standards and guidelines required by Richie Bros and the IAAI corporation.
  • Vehicle title work- knowledge of legal measures to ensure vehicles are sold and transferred into new ownership, by state laws and regulations. Ensuring a high volume of titles are filled out correctly, including proper legal documents such as Power of Attorney.
  • Managing a fast-paced environment where multitasking is required to effectively execute the duties of the administrative needs.
  • Email, phone, digital file notes and direct communication with buyers, sellers and third-party organizations. Practicing evidence-based customer service to ensure proper measures are taken and a timeline is created for each unit that is sold.
  • Management of expenses on all open stock accounts. This requires daily and prolonged mathematics, accurate review and editing of impute expenses; obtaining missing receipts from regional shops and coordinating with towers, shops, office staff, and our accounting departments to communicate discrepancies and errors from the Inventory Management System.
