    • Oversee 45+ venues in the AEGP owned and operated venue portfolio spread throughout nine regions in North America - venues ranging in size from 500 person clubs to 17,000 cap outdoor amphitheaters as well as newly acquired operating agreement for Empire Polo Grounds (home of Coachella and Stagecoach)
    • Manage 45+ General Managers in addition to the National Special Events department and the National Venue Operations team
    • Merged venue teams in nine regions across the country by instituting SOPs, finding efficiencies on a national scale and building succession plans for management
    • Responsible for the P&L of 7,500 + venue related events yearly
    • Negotiate, approve, and manage concession agreements + 3rd party vendor contracts nationally (security, cleaners, production)
    • Work alongside Corporate Business Development team on finding new opportunities for expansion of the portfolio
    • Supervise implementation of security, health/safety, and ADA protocols
