Nicholas Walsh

As a Sr. Builder I built levels for a variety of different Minecraft gamemodes. MCO was the main server that I worked on and earned the title of Sr. Builder. Every map I made was made from passion as I did not get paid for it. I played every gamemode so that I had an in depth perspective on how the map would play out. Creating such maps takes a lot of intuition and creativity. The process started with the concept phase, often drawing a rough idea of what the levels would look like. Then building prototypes of buildings, pathways, etc. and editing to fit the map while still looking beautiful.

As a Sr. Builder my role was to oversee and work with other leader roles to produce excellent maps for the server. Overall I made and oversaw around 200 different map types/levels for different gamemodes. I also helped develop other builders into master builders and I hired and promoted new builders to the team.

I mentored and guided employees to ensure proper completion of assigned duties. I built strong relationships with customers through positive attitude and attentive response. I cross-trained and provided backup support for organizational leadership. I monitored operating machinery to assess progress, adjust settings and maintain production speeds. Day to day duties included taking orders, bagging orders, and delivering orders usually at high pace.

Interacted with guests and made sure that every guest had an excellent shopping experience. This included guiding guests to the merchandise they were looking for, returns, etc. I also took on many other tasks with this employer such as cashiering, fulfillment and cart attendant.
