I managed a crew of in house employees and subcontractors. I was in charge of 5 multifamily apartment buildings at the same time as well as smaller commercial and single family homes. I walked the jobs to look for any problems before sending a crew out. Coordinate with the site superintendents to schedule manpower and material in a timely manner. I also was in charge of printing off the work orders for the men, making sure they have the proper safety equipment/tools to complete the job. Manage fleet maintenance and daily operations. In general, I managed multiple jobs while building and maintaining relationships with customers and represented the company at charity/training events.

Coordinate with subcontractors to fulfill work in a timely manner. Order material and make sure it is delivered on time following general contractors schedule. Attend a weekly meeting with the general contractor to resolve issues and provide status updates. Read blue prints to determine wall layout. Conduct quality assurance walk through with production and punch crews. Review requests for information and fill out change orders as needed. Daily management of crews totaling 10 to 40 subcontractors between 2 multi family job sites.

Installation of signage using various methods. As well as basic trouble shooting with low volt wiring and 120. Use of a bucket truck/crane.
