Summary

Over 20 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the U.S. Armed Forces in the areas of Operations Management, Program Development, Inventory Management, Training Development, Public Relations, Personnel Administration, Manpower Deployment, Budget Administration, Liaison Activities, and Records Management. Developed the skills on how to operate and maintain an array of equipment. I was also tasked with maintaining barracks and other facilities that required to be secured. On multiple occasions I had to ensure that maintenance on locks performed periodically in order to maintain security. On several occasions I performed lock replacements and repaired them as they became faulty. Learning this skill has made me essential in my organization and vital to the mission as it ensured the safety of the soldiers in my unit. In my later years I was put in positions to help sharpen my skills repairing locks or replacing them. I would often assist external organizations such as on post housing with ensuring that locks on doors were secure and if the locking mechanism were to become inoperable then I would replace the locks. Experienced installation and repair professional specializing in different types of locks and associated hardware. Adept at responding quickly to repair calls and completing high-quality work. Organized and detail-oriented with a solid work ethic.

Have experience with rekeying locks, duplicating keys and repairing hardware. Strong knowledge of industry innovations in security and hardware upgrades. Committed to providing timely and efficient service at all hours.
