Responsible for safely and properly operating three different robotic finishing cells, inspecting filters for contamination and particulate, and for accountability for the kitted amount of elements.

Operated finishing cell sealers for bagging/air sealing parts and labeling, being accountable for all bagging labels throughout the process.

Responsible for packaging on all finishing cells, accountability of all box labels, using proper packaging materials, and the verification of work orders and properly auditing other operators work at their stations.

• Prevented costly rework or scrap materials by promptly and safely addressing any issues observed during the grinding process, either by changing settings, dressing the grind wheel, or changing the set up, depending on the style of part being worked in to size.
• Minimized waste and material costs with effective use of resources during the grinding process.
• Maintained accurate records of production data, including quantity produced, rejected parts, and machine adjustments made during shifts.
• Collaborating with lead and/or supervisor to efficiently move hot product and maintain high productivity levels.

Responsibilities included training all operators on how to understand and use the SPC program, connect tram, track, air rings and bore grind gauges to all computers, updating part files within the SPC program, assisting operators and set up operators in fixing pedals, replacing wires, and connecting computers at machine stations where needed, and ensuring management received data requested, in trying to determine machine capabilities and the consistent hold of dimension size within job tolerances.

• Utilized various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, visual aids, and demonstrations, to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Implemented differentiated instruction techniques to address the individual needs of each student while promoting an inclusive learning environment for all learners.
• Developed age-appropriate lesson plans/units to introduce fundamental movement skills and build athletic confidence in students.
• Assessed student progress regularly through observation of locomotor, fine motor, and cognitive/affective skills, in both skill practice and game settings, as well as during performance evaluations.
