My position at Oberweis was working in the Freezer stacking ice cream for roughly 4-7 hours a day; however when I wasn’t in the freezer I had multiple responsibilities. Some of the other responsibilities I took on was cleaning the machines and floor; I clean the room all by myself because if I want a job done right I’ll do it myself. Besides cleaning and taking out garbage I was left in charge of training new employers and using the forklift to move pallets in/out the freezer. When Training new employee's i had to teach them how to be fast and efficient with their work pace, cleaning the machines making them look brand new, and counting inventory.
