NICHOLAS ZERTUCHE

Harrisburg

Summary

I am a family man. I go above and beyond any task ahead of me. I left for the US ARMY weeks after high school. I began my work ethic since an early teen earning money has a paperboy. I've been in the coal industry for well over 10 years from underground, prep plant to surface mining. As a surface foreman I've handled extraction of coal, water and land reclamation, blasting and mine inspections with MSHA and IDNR. I've helped with mine accident investigations, setting SOPs and managing projects. I have operated most of all heavy mining equipment underground and on surface. I've led safety meetings and talks; I have given multiple safety observations weekly on employees. Personally I enjoy all things environmental. Hunting, fishing, hiking, firearms training survival camping and all things family related. I live a fun lifestyle with my family, motorsport racing, camping, golf outings etc. As I enjoy these hobbies and more, I take pride in my work and my work ethic. I believe I could be great fit and asset in any position as I am a quick learner and catch on fast to new things. I hold a First Class Miners Certificate, CPR License, Mine Fire Brigade Certificate and Surface Foreman Certification. I would soon like to get my underground electrical card and underground examiner and mine managers.
