Built 318 2800 square-foot or larger homes while doing the footings and foundations to finish with four other guys as the foreman. Half of those houses, I even dug the foundations with a high lift where we did everything except for plumbing, heating and cooling and electrical while running those crews as well as calling in Inspections and learning the ropes on how to manage all the different crews/personalities and keep them happy and truly learned the order of operations and keeping a good flow of pace, which is key to any building project!
