  • Recruited as the first Executive team member hired by Cordish Gaming Company to open the region's most premiere gaming and entertainment destination- Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia
  • Assembled entire VIP team consisting of the top producing player development talent on the east coast, with a strong focus on both domestic VIP and Asian Table games business
  • Focused on owning the VIP business, capturing existing market share and profit, growing new business in a highly competitive, ultra frequent and mature gaming market (PA, NJ, NY, MD)
  • Developed VIP Battlezone Program, progressively stealing over 40% of competitors revenue. Live! Casino accounted for: 34% market share in 2021 (opening year), 36% market share in 2022, 38% market share in 2023, and 41% market share in 2024
  • Helped build customized CRM system (QCI) and implemented VIP contact strategy
  • Leveraged personal relationships with celebrities and the best athletes in the world to ensure they frequent the casino and also booked them for VIP events to provide priceless experiences
