Always trying to ensure that guests have the best experience from the time they walk in the door to the time they walk out. Willing to learn new communication and problem-solving techniques in order to maintain guest happiness as well as staff morale. Open to asking questions in order to make sure I complete the job to the best of my ability. Work best in a team environment where ideas and knowledge can be bounced around from one team member to another. Constructive criticism is always tolerated and encouraged for me to fully understand when I make mistakes or could do something better. Able to manage multiple guests at one time in an efficient manner so that everyone has the best possible experience. Very excited to learn a new job that I don't have direct experience with, but have a background in customer service and satisfaction!
Everything on this list is more fun to do with friends than by myself, but they can also be leisure activities. I love being able to go workout or get a few shots up with my buddies, get cleaned up, go out to dinner or a movie, and then come back home and hop online for a few games to wind down for the night. I love making new friends at each of the jobs I've been at, and each friendship has brought new hobbies, such as golf and ultimate frisbee, to name a few.
