I due general maintenance for the campground, job duties are but are not limited to;

snowplowing

maintaining roads

water riser maintenance

building maintenance

lawn and tree care

running equipment

general maintenance on buildings and grounds of the campground

Also i work in the office job duties included but are not limited to; answering phones

reservations

maintaining a clean work space

customer service duties in a whole

i was responsible for the entirety of the main source of water following thru the town not limited to the wells, tanks, main lines, service lines, testing, fire hydrants, water treatment, sampling ccr reporting and over all general maintenance for the water system, including use of the backhoe digging tenches, was also responsible for the sewer main lines service lines use of the sewer jetter, the lagoon testing treating and general maintanise i was also responsible for the streets; road patch work, snowplowing, concrete patching, road installation, general maintanice. general building maintenance on all building;maintaining the furnace and air conditioning units, light repair, filter replacements, etc,. maintaining shop equipment; oil changes, repairs, blade sharping, bio monthly manintance on all equipment. maintained the grounds at all building and parks, which included but is not limited to tree work, mowing weed eating fence repair sprinkler system landscaping park epuipment repair fertilizing hydrant manintance sign repair and installation etc. epiupemnt ran and maintained while employed; back hoe street sweeper lawn tractors of all sizes weed eaters chain saws concrete saws sewer jetter dump truck plow trucks four wheeler generators tampers pickup trucks trenchers. was also responsible for organizing any and all part time help the town employed thru summer months, reporting monthly weekly and daily, budgets office duties, one calls thru 811, monthly yearly daily reporting for the water system, working closely with the towns engineer and council members along with the mayor. there where allot of responsibilities within this job i would be willing to discussion or go into detail about
