• Surgery Center-Managed individual patient care in the outpatient surgery department. Establish IV access, administer medications, monitor and carry out physician orders for patients before and after surgery, provide home post operative home care instructions.
• Phototherapy/Dermatology-Administered phototherapy treatments for a panel of patients. Administer local anesthesia injections for Dermatological procedures. Placed post-operative dressings and performed suture removals.
• Infusion Center-Initiated infusions for patients with chronic disease and acute illness. Reviewed care plans, administer prophylactic medications, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and hydration for patients. Monitor and respond appropriately to reactions during treatments. Maintained sterile technique while accessing chest ports.
• Float Pool/Injection Services-Performed routine wound care, administered immunotherapy, vaccines and other medication injections for adult and pediatric patients. Provided phone triage, resources and resolution for incoming patient calls.

• Clinical Practice Manager-Supported organizational targets, responded to patient safety and satisfaction surveys and quality reports. Maintained operating income goals by managing staff overtime, patient contact hours, and inventory cost. Effectively communicated policies or standard work to providers and staff.
• Clinical Supervisor-Managed daily operations of staff and care providers. Responded to patient questions or concerns regarding their experience at the clinic. • Float Pool Supervisor- Provided on site support for float staff and served as a liaison for department managers. Implemented standardized training plan for all Float RN and MA staff. Performed routine employee evaluations and served as a mentor and preceptor.
• Float Pool-Provided nursing care for various locations and departments including Urgent Care. Administered immunizations and injections, scheduled appointments, triaged incoming calls. Provided patient education specific to primary care and specialty services.
