Projecthighlights

  • 5S Implementation Team, 5S Project – Workplace organization method -Sort/Set in order/Shine/Standardize/Sustain the cycle. On committee that rolled this out plant wide, as well as lead coach for 3 groups. Multi day project in each department.
  • JSA Upgrade Implementation Team, JSA project – Headed job safety analysis specification writing team for quality department. Participated on maintenance teams as well.
  • Kan-Ban Project, Cost savings: $1.2 million first year. Transformed and implemented bin inventory system for WHS. Participated on management team that transformed production lines, surpassing cost savings goal.
  • Rework Cost Reduction Project, Cost savings: $680K first year. Coordinated and led team with R&D Engineers to reduce rework on wheelchair units. Changed vendors, upgraded equipment, reduction of waste.
