Meet with the providers weekly to discuss the patients that are on the outlier report to come up with a plan to try and heal the wound. I review policies and procedures with the Medical Director and sing off or add suggestions when needed. Responsible for the hiring of staff in all areas to include the program director, front office coordinator, and Medical Director. Currently working with supply chain to decrease supply costs. Work billing ques in EPIC to submit any additional documentation needed to complete billing i.e. modifiers and CPT codes.   • Took on the role of Program Director 11/2023-3/2024 until one was hired. As the program director, worked on the fiscal report, ran expense reports and presented the findings to the VP.
