  • Obtain all necessary patient records as required by physicians prior to treatment and procedures.
  • Access and de-access port-a-caths or power ports.
  • Perform admin duties, i.e., typing, faxing, filing, reception and chart preparation as requested by supervisor or physician
  • Complete disability (short and long term), FMLA, hospice, home health, and palliative paperwork. Once completed, email and/or fax to the appropriate receiver.
