  • Breaking up fights between a five year old and a toddler has granted me a strong sense of patience and excellent negotiation skills.
  • My oldest has recently been diagnosed Type 1 Diabetic, and trying to give a cherubic but scared little boy a shot of insulin can break anyone down. It showed me how to keep my emotions well in check and keep to routine and proper procedures but also gave me the ability to stand my ground when it was needed.
