  • Schedule and execute more than 1500 virtual seminars, managing the overall seminar development and logistics with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and instructors, and ensuring each webinar event meets NASBA requirements
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with tax and accounting subject matter experts and industry contacts for purposes of producing and presenting seminars; strengthen relationships with speakers/presenters through frequent contact to produce high quality seminar programs
  • Establish seminar development schedule with contracted speakers; manage/coordinate progress through all stages of seminar development and production; and take the necessary steps to keep the speaker/seminar on the established schedules
  • Orient, train and coach subject matter expert speakers on how to conduct engaging seminars, provide direction and ongoing support, and encouragement throughout the process
  • Perform editorial oversight with respect to seminar presentation materials submitted by speakers; review materials for clarity, effectiveness, and utility by seminar attendees; and, in consultation with speaker, integrate relevant content assets, tools and resources into seminar materials to reinforce learning and add value to the final product

  • Moderate, monitor, and conduct live webinars (including running webinar rosters and sending to speakers, as well as appropriate internal stakeholders; instructing attendees on validation requirements, introducing speakers, monitoring chat for technical issues and content related questions, and monitor polling questions for attendance as required by NASBA) and issuance of CPE credit at conclusion of live event, based on responses to interactive polling questions
  • Onboard training of new coordinators, including creation of training manual
