  • In order to do this, created a robust financial planning and analysis tool that supports the building's leadership in making budgetary calls and allows the team to easily identify areas in which to improve efficiency
  • This financial tool allowed us to identify when and where funds were being incorrectly accrued creating a cost savings
  • Developed a scheduling tool that identified areas of waste in supply management and helped to cut costs while ensuring that supplies did not run below operational levels
