Summary

I started my career working as an EMT. After gaining some valuable experience I then started working for The Bureau of Land Management and the US Forest Service. I worked on a fuels crew, an all risk type 3 Engine and also a HotShot Crew. In 2014 I was offered a position in San Benito-Monterey Unit Cal Fire as a FF1 and worked 6 1/2 seasons in BEU before accepting a permanent position in Santa Clara Unit. I graduated the FFA March 5th 2021 with 2nd place Top Academic Achievement. I worked two seasons as a permanent Firefighter II at Alma station then promoted in Unit to an Engineer. I am currently working in the City of Morgan Hill on a type 1 ALS engine at Dunne Hill station. I am looking forward to bettering my career by joining your department.
