- Led end-to-end product research and design, including hardware constraints, user requirements, safety standards, and competitive analysis.
- Coordinated with electrical and mechanical engineers to prototype devices, refine PCB layouts, and develop enclosure concepts.
- Conducted user discovery with coaches and athletes to validate needs such as clarity, comfort, and in-game usability.
- Built early brand presence, website, and outreach pipeline while initiating communication with potential pilot schools.
