At Bulley & Andrews, I established myself as a results driven Superintendent by successfully managing projects in the field on time and under budget.

· Successfully completed projects in Chicago, IL before relocating to Jackson, WY.

· Assisted in establishing the Wyoming division of Bulley & Andrews while creating relationships with local Clients, Architects & Sub-Contractors

· Teamed up and assisted a group of coworkers to establish and build a quality control project to implement throughout the company that included training, lesson learned seminars & workshops for continuing education within the field

At Core Construction, I quickly moved up the ladder to Superintendent, successfully managing over $80 million in work over 3 years.

• Gained experience across multiple sectors within the construction industry.
• Maintained quality relationships with Owners that eventually lead to over $50 million in projects, including projects outside the Indiana division

• Oversaw daily operations at site, keeping team production moving at optimal pace.

At Mavrek Development I took on the hybrid role of Superintendent & Project Manager,

· Successfully managed a $8 million Class A apartment building and delivered the project 3 weeks ahead of schedule while remaining under budget

· Assisted and eventually lead pre-construction efforts on a 59 unit Class A apartment building including vetting sub-contractors, value engineering and working side by side with architects on design build efforts

· Oversaw the day-to-day schedule of self-perform field labor

· Created a company standard in project management & field protocols

At Gariup Construction, I transitioned to a field management role of assistant superintendent and worked side by side with both the superintendent and project manager on a $40 million ground up construction of a higher education project

• Assist coordinating manpower for a self-performing General Contractor
• Assist the project manager in the processing of submittals, RFI's, procurement & meeting minutes
• Perform material take-offs for ASI's and Change Orders

As a carpenter, I gained irreplaceable field experience of several aspects of the trade that has paid dividends to my role today.
