As a dedicated self-starter and former business owner, I offer industry-specific experience and insight. I bring over twenty years of hands-on experience in building, construction, maintenance, repair, teamwork, training, and leadership experience, coupled with sixteen years of client and subcontractor coordination expertise. Over the last three years in Multifamily I have successfully attained wider roles with responsibilities beyond the scope of my positions. My ability to find cost savings and add value in existing operations is one of my strongest suits. With GRE I was asked to support an additional two lease up properties by creating emergency operations plans and shut off maps for their maintenance teams. At Hines I was responsible for several west region policy and operational improvements. Additionally, I was selected by Senior Engineering Management to pilot new company programs and vendor relationships.
