Duties SummaryPrep vehicles for paint -scuff, sand & mask panels listed on repair order. -inspect new parts for damage or imperfections -prime & block repaired areas -do small repairs in paint blend areas such as chips & dents -load into spray booth & communicate to painter & estimator of any previous damage Check repair orders for missing procedures & supplement any that need to be done. Quality check after repair is finished and reassembly -color match is satisfactory -panels fit correctly -windows, lights & electrical is working properly

Duties SummaryDetail finished vehicles for delivery to customer. -clean interior -polish exterior -inspect repaired areas for imperfections -check bolts, clips, lights & windows are all Installed & working correctly. Prep vehicles for paint. -scuff panels & mask for paint as listed on repair order -prime & block repaired areas -check new parts for imperfections

Wash vehicles on lot. Detail used vehicles for sale. Pre delivery inspections of new vehicles. -remove shipping wrapping -inspect vehicle for body damage -check fluids & electrical is working properly -road test Install some accessories such as bug shields, bed liners, running boards etc.
