I want to help create, encourage, and maintain a workplace environment where every person is challenged to yield high results while feeling supported and have peace of mind that there are measures in place to ensure their success. I also want to make sure that the company is operating at it's greatest potential, with a culture that indicates that the staff believe in the what they are doing, feel competent and confident in their roles, and have faith in their management via transparency.
When not training I enjoy networking, digital design, mentoring new hires, and nurturing meaningful, long-term relationships between internal staff as well as between external clients and their prospects.
Training - Prior to my employment, Bay Marketforce had no formal training program or onboarding infrastructure beyond job shadow prior to working. I created SOPs, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and QA Metrics. I housed this all in a department I created called "The People Team,". I am happy to share the slide deck I created to pitch this department to my co-founder.
I am the sole Trainer currently on staff, but I utilize Senior Reps during the training process so new hires meet their peers and feel more comfortable asking for support after training:
