During the 2021-2022 school year, I joined the JCC's after-school program for work during a gap year between the end of my high school education and the beginning of my college education. While working at the JCC, I have gained significant experience working with children, fostering relationships, and serving as a role model and mentor for both campers and junior counselors. As a Boy Scout, I developed leadership and outdoor skills, notably participating in their National Youth Leadership Training program, where I learned teamwork and bonding skills.
