Facilitated the launch and recover of multiple aircraft daily. Responsible for inspecting and maintaining aircraft. Managed proper documentation as well as audits to team member forms.

Maintained, inspected and managed over 1,000 equipment assets within two separate aircraft maintain kits for off station maintenance. Organized equipment load out and return to ensure full maintenance capability for off station aircraft.

Managed all maintenance actions performed by a seven personnel team per shift during aircraft phase. Seven level certified for final inspection on required maintenance completions. Ensure all proper documentation and maintenance standards were met.

Inspected, maintained and tested shoring equipment. Engaged with customers requiring will call pick ups and returns. Gave assistance to boom truck drivers when building and disassembling equipment as required when delivery or picking up. Preformed load securement and preparation for travel to and from Trench Shoring locations.

Assisted customers calling to schedule delivery and/or returns. Work closely with the sales representatives, operations team and other Trench Shoring Company locations for customer needs. Overall assurance to customers expectation for shoring equipment is achieved.

Manage and dispatch Trench Shoring Company delivery vehicles to ensure customer requests are met for delivery and collection of equipment. Dispatch each task whether it be delivery, collection or transfer of equipment, with time and efficiency as a priority for customer and company expectation.
