My responsibilities as customer service managers are to make sure everyone has what they need. I take care of all the mechanics and tire technicians. I am in charge of paperwork including invoiced, audit, delivery receiving, chargebacks, warrantees, and just helping all technicians with routine questions with anything they need help with.

My responsibilities in the military are to make sure all the other soldiers under me are safe and secure. I make sure they are doing their job correctly. I am responsible for the 120mm mortar system I make sure we have all of our round counts, baseplate, tube, bipod, m27 sight, and to make sure it is set up correctly. My main focus is the gunner so I am responsible to get the rounds downrange.
