I am a current sophomore at Syracuse University in the economics field, I am from Ithaca New York and spent my last year of college undecided at Loyola University Maryland. I have had a background and passion for entrepreneurship since high school and have consistently been trying to take the next steps forward. I was recently with Renewal By Anderson in a marketing/sales position and think I could enjoy having a future in that field. When I was in high school I started a car detailing business and that taught me my skills in conversation. Moving forward I am very eager to mix my education with my skills and find where I want to take my carrer. I learned I love being able to work harder and fix problems to see direct results in my productivity and work. That being paired with being in an economics program leads me to hope I can continue this path and learn how to correctly and efficiently analyze issues and solve them, and continue to take opportunities to grow my skills and round who I am.

- Lead generation by door to door cold conversations.
- Twice weekley active training meetings and rebuttal work.
- I was also a hybrid employee so I worked mainly alone commuting within a two hour radius to job sites to generate leads with near by home owners.
- Its taught great communication skills and situational awareness, alongside determination. A lot of no's is defeating but will eventually lead to a yes and every conversation taught me how to fix what I was saying, and learn how to adjust to get a better response.
- The main lead generation was door knocking and getting costumers to set an appointment for our sales team to come out and demo products, if that failed the second lead generation was to go in for a phone number and a better time to reach out.
- Overall this has taught me I have a strong skill with communication and also a high motivation for getting the better results, it always feels amazing having a highly productive day when I generated a lot of leads. That continues to push me to do better everytime I work.
