Served as product manager of membership experience after initial release. Regional branches embraced the new app to sign up new members at military and outreach events.
  • Provided product owner support to Navy Federal’s mobile web team using Scrum methodology, completing several mobile web releases that introduced member capabilities such as bank transfers and bill pay.
