Nico Franzi

As a flag football coach, I handled a range of tasks to ensure a great experience for the players. I planned practices focused on key skills like passing and flag pulling, always trying to keep things fun and engaging. I taught the team how to execute plays and adjusted strategies based on our strengths and opponents.

My role also involved motivating the players, managing the team dynamics, and keeping parents informed about schedules and any updates. On game days, I made sure everything ran smoothly, from transportation to equipment.

I prioritized safety, making sure all equipment was in good shape and the playing field was safe. Overall, I aimed to create a positive environment where players could improve their skills, enjoy the game, and build great memories. Coaching was incredibly rewarding, especially seeing the players grow and thrive.
