Experienced in being a live in group home Manager for adults with mental and physical disabilities. Highly competent communicator skilled in multitasking and effectively communicating with others. A strong leader who works well under pressure, and exudes professionalism.
Ensure compliance with DSP documentation.
Attend Support Plan meetings and assist with goal development.
Develop Implementation Plans with residents.
Analyze data and write quarterly and annual progress reports.
Act as a liaison to families, guardians, waiver support coordinators, and behavioral analysts
Respond to the needs of families and residents and follow up on all requests accordingly.
Conduct Staff Meetings
Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents are maintained.
Ensure all duties and responsibilities are completed effectively and with accuracy.
Train all new staff and provide ongoing training.
Provide progressive discipline to staff.
All other managerial duties assigned by the Administrator
