- Utilized the practice of Sanitary TIG welding to plan and fabricate product supply lines.
- Diagnosed points of failure, rebuilt and sanitized ARO pumps, blenders, and shaft driven pumps.
- Used the different processes of welding to complete tasks. GTAW, SMAW, and MIG. Using those processes I have welded different materials among the following: Mild Steel, Chromoly, 314L SS, 316SS, Al-6XN, and Aluminum.
- Detected and repaired machinery faults using electrical and manual testing methods.
- Utilized variety of tools and test equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborated with team members to complete larger repair projects efficiently.
