As a Sort Manager I take up on the responsibility of asssuring the best performance is provided for the sort to meet goals, such as;

• Implemented performance evaluations for staff members, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
• Reduced overtime costs by optimizing staff scheduling and resource allocation for peak periods.
• Analyzed operational data to identify trends and implement process improvements, increasing overall productivity.
• Established clear lines of communication within the team, fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritized problem-solving and efficiency.

• As an area manager I ensured the building was running as efficiency as possible while keeping safety top priority. I delegate tasks and assistance according to volume needs to continue meeting standards.
• Managed daily operations for optimal performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Mentored staff members, providing guidance on best practices and professional development opportunities.

• As an operations manager my responsibilities increased, and I was able to run unload and load side and gain more experience with CC and YMS. I also became more comfortable building teams that would help our department run more productive.
• Supervised operations staff and kept employees compliant with company policies and procedures.

• As a package handler my main tasks were loading trailers, belt picker, IC loader and prime. Consistency was key whether that be in keeping up with my colleges to just being present. I was honored with employee of the month during this time for my continual effort.
